Erika has over 17-years of experience working professionally with animals, starting as a Veterinary Assistant and growing into a Practice Manager, in several states. Through her travels Erika has always remained steadfast in her dedication to the clients, patients, and team members in her hospitals. Erika is motivated by creating and nurturing a positive work-place culture that focuses on inspiring her teams to provide exceptional care. A firm believer in continuing education, she remains ready to learn something new in every scenario. Erika and her husband live East of Cleveland, OH and have three dogs, three cats, and two horses. In her freetime, Erika loves to be outside with her husband and animals either gardening, hiking, or trail riding.
