As Director of Business Development, Marilyn partners with veterinarians to realize their greatest business potential, step by step. She provides thoughtful clarity on complex business challenges, all while helping veterinarians uncover and achieve their own personal aspirations beyond the walls of their clinic. After 15 years of serving alongside veterinary teams as a receptionist, veterinary technician, practice manager, and sales representative for animal health Fortune 500 companies, Marilyn knows and truly understands what makes the veterinary field so impressive — and it’s not playing with puppies and kittens all day! It is the dedication and selfless concern for pets and their people.

An eternal pragmatist, Marilyn believes in the power of self-taught, hands-on learning. In her free time, she enjoys developing new skills related to historic home restoration, hosting dinner parties for friends and family (ask her about a wine suggestion for your next gathering!), and of course, spending time with her two Chihuahuas, Barbie and Bennie.

Marilyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
