Over the course of his career, Len has thoughtfully guided many practice owners through the once-in-a-lifetime journey of selecting the partner that best serves their needs and goals. As a former operations leader, he brings an operator’s perspective to the development and acquisition process, creating an experience that is both transparent and seamless.

Len holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance and Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and hiking the great Philadelphia area parks with his wife and daughter.
