Our Approach

Committed to leadership and professional growth

At EverVet, we’re committed to empowering our clinicians to practice with confidence and excellence. By fostering consistent communication and care among veterinarians and their staff, we not only enhance client satisfaction and loyalty but also cultivate a positive work environment that promotes staff morale and retention.

Medical Director Leadership

The veterinary landscape is constantly evolving, and supporting our medical directors is paramount to staying ahead of the curve. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or stepping into a new leadership role, we’re dedicated to keeping our clinical leaders at the forefront of veterinary medicine. That’s why we offer monthly continuing education opportunities for the entire clinical team, bringing industry leaders directly to our doctors to expand their knowledge and skills.

EverVet Doctor Onboarding Program

Starting any new job can be intimidating, which is why we’ve worked closely with our medical directors to design an Onboarding Program that will put the focus on you and your success. You will have a structured, thoughtful onboarding where you can share your goals and passions, and your dreams can start becoming plans.

Weeks 1–4

Let’s get to know each other! Review Standards of Care, surgery scrub-ins, rounds with the medical director, begin getting to know clients, and seeing wellness appointments.

Month 1 Check-In

Identify areas where further mastery is needed. Design a schedule and protocols that allow doctors more time and supervision in the areas requiring additional support.

Month 3 Check-In

In-depth case reviews. Medical records, work-life balance, and financial review.

Month 6 Check-In

What areas is the veterinarian most excited about? Training, surgery, ultrasound, dermatology, designing protocols? How do we make those come to life in this practice?

Investing in the Growth of Our Support Staff

At EverVet Partners, we believe our Support Staff—including Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (CrVTs), Veterinary Assistants (VAs), and Client Service Representatives (CSRs)—are the backbone of exceptional patient care and customer service. Their skill, dedication, and compassion make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them. That’s why we’re deeply committed to supporting their growth, education, and success—every step of the way.
Here’s how we invest in our dedicated hospital teams:
Onsite Training & Expert Support

We provide customized, hands-on training for both clinical and client service teams, covering essential topics like CPR, anesthesia, communication, and workflow support. By partnering with industry experts for advanced dental education, we aim to build confidence, strengthen skills, and support the ongoing growth of every team member.

Exclusive Webinars & Newsletters
Our webinars and newsletters are tailored for support staff, offering clinical and non-clinical development through training tips, communication tools, leadership insights, and team stories. With both live and recorded options, they provide flexible learning opportunities that fit into any schedule.
Educational Support & Mentorship
We support veterinary technician students with personalized mentorship, study tools, and regular check-ins to help them stay on track and succeed. Monthly peer group meetings and manager collaboration foster connection, confidence, and a strong foundation both in the classroom and in the clinic.
Custom Tools & Workflow Resources
We develop practical tools such as charting templates, communication scripts, and training guides to streamline daily tasks and support consistent patient care. Built with input from real hospital teams, our resources prioritize clarity, usability, and real-world effectiveness.
Listening, Advocacy & Insight

We prioritize listening by visiting hospitals and engaging directly with team members to understand their challenges, culture, and needs. By elevating support staff voices and advocating for real-world solutions, we help strengthen hospital workflows and foster a more connected EverVet community.
